Getting started: your first 30 minutes

The fastest path from a fresh account to a patient portal that's ready to take orders.

Welcome. Your clinic dashboard lives at clinic.clinicbond.com — that's where you set everything up. Your patients get their own portal on a web address like yourclinic.clinicbond.com (and later, your own domain if you'd like). This guide takes you from a fresh account to a portal that can take its first order.

Work top to bottom — each step is a link to a full article.

1. Make it yours (5 min)

Add your clinic's public details under Settings → General → Clinic details — your clinic name, support email, and support phone. These appear in your patient app and on every email. Your logo and brand colors are set when you first onboard and carry through your portal and emails automatically.

2. Build your catalog (10 min)

Open Products. If you're starting from scratch, click Load starter catalog — it drops in the industry-standard treatment paths and products (weight loss, strength, anti-aging, mood) as drafts, along with matching results pages. Nothing is for sale until you review the pricing and switch each product on.

→ Loading the starter catalog · Products, dosing & fulfillment

3. Set your signup goals (5 min)

Open Categories. These are the goals patients pick from when they sign up (e.g. "Weight loss"). For each one, choose whether it shows at signup and which signup path (question set) patients follow after choosing it.

A goal only appears on your signup page when it's toggled on and has at least one live product — the Categories page flags any that won't show.

→ Categories & signup paths

4. Get paid (5 min)

Go to Integrations → Stripe and click Connect Stripe. Patient payments land directly in your own bank account. This is separate from your subscription to us (that's the Billing page).

→ Get paid: connecting Stripe

5. Connect HighLevel (optional, 3 min)

In Integrations → HighLevel, connect your location so patients flow in as contacts, orders show up as payments, and your workflows fire automatically. If you run HighLevel, do this early.

→ Connecting HighLevel

6. Invite your team (2 min)

In Settings → Team, invite your front desk and providers and give each the right role. Front-desk (staff) logins only see Patients and Orders.

→ Your team: roles & invites

7. Keep your portal after the trial

You're on a free trial. Before it ends, open Billing and add a payment method so your portal keeps running. Your card isn't charged until the trial is over — cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.

→ Billing & your subscription plan

The go-live checklist

You're ready to send patients to your portal when:

  • Branding set (name, logo, color)
  • At least one product is live (not a draft)
  • At least one category is shown at signup with a live product
  • Your intake form and results page are published
  • Stripe connected so you can take payment
  • (Recommended) HighLevel connected
  • Team invited
  • Payment method added in Billing

Test it yourself: open your portal address in a private browser window and run through signup as if you were a patient. When the flow feels right, you're live.
