Products: dosing, the dose calculator & fulfillment

Build products with dosing variants, an optional syringe-dose calculator, and how patients receive them.

Everything you sell lives on the Products page. Click Add product to create one, or the pencil to edit. This guide covers the fields that matter most for treatments.

The basics

  • Name and Description — what patients see in the shop.
  • Category — which goal this product belongs to. This is what ties a product to a signup goal (see Categories & signup paths).
  • Base price — used when the product has no variants. If you add variants, their prices take over.
  • Visible in shop — the switch that makes a product live. Off = a draft patients can't see or order.

Variants (dosing options)

Most treatments are sold as variants — the same product at different doses or supply lengths, each with its own price. For each variant you can set:

  • Name (e.g. "2.5mg / 4-week supply")
  • Price and optional compare-at price (to show a discount)
  • Dosage amount and unit (mg, mL, mcg, IU)
  • Frequency (weekly, twice-weekly, …)
  • Supply length (e.g. 4 weeks) and injections in supply
  • In stock, and Available to new patients — mark the starting dose a new patient should begin with

Order variants with the up/down arrows; the first is shown as the default.

The dose calculator (reconstitution)

For compounded injectables you can switch on a Dose calculator so patients can work out how many units to draw on a U-100 syringe. You provide:

  • Vial size (mg)
  • BAC water (mL)
  • Default dose (mg)
  • Optional instructions (e.g. "Refrigerate after mixing")

Patients can adjust their dose and water volume in the app, but never the vial size — so the math stays anchored to what you dispensed.

Fulfillment: how the patient receives it

Choose one per product:

  • 📦 Ship to door — delivered to the patient. A shipping address is collected at checkout.
  • 🏥 In-office visit — administered at your clinic. No shipping address is taken; instead, paste a Booking calendar link (your HighLevel calendar, or Calendly/Acuity). Right after paying, the patient is sent there to book their appointment. Leave it blank to skip the redirect.

The booking link must start with https://.

Patient guide

The Patient guide field appears under My Medications in the patient app once a patient has an active treatment or order for that product. Use it for storage, injection technique, what to expect, and managing side effects — the guidance you'd otherwise repeat by phone.

Making a product live

A product only sells — and only counts toward a signup goal appearing — when it's in stock / visible. After setting your real price and reviewing dosing, switch it live. Draft products (including everything from the starter catalog) stay hidden until you do.
