A clinic rarely sells one thing for long. Weight management leads to strength and recovery, a longevity patient asks about hormone therapy, a peptide protocol sits next to a skin program. The portal is built so each program has its own path and the patient still has one account.

Programs, not a product list

Every program is a category. The standard signup paths are weight loss, strength and recovery, anti-aging and longevity, and mood and energy; add your own for hormone therapy (HRT and TRT), peptides or skin, with the general question set or a form you build. Each category points at intake questions and a results page of its own, so a hormone patient answers hormone questions and a longevity patient sees a longevity results page. A category only appears at signup once it has a live product, which stops a patient choosing a goal with nothing behind it.

A branded web portal, and an app in the stores

Every plan includes a web portal at yourclinic.clinicbond.com, under your name, colors and logo, which patients add to their home screen; Growth adds your own domain with the SSL certificate issued for you. On Signature we publish a native iOS and Android app under your developer accounts and handle the builds, store review and updates, and marketing push goes to the patients who opted in.

A review queue before anything ships

Paid orders arrive as Awaiting review and wait for your clinician's approval. Approve, ship with tracking, and carrier updates move the order through in transit and delivered on their own. Every change is written to the order's history with who made it, and marking an order delivered starts the plan in the patient's app. Front-desk logins see Patients and Orders only; admins run the clinic; the owner alone sees billing.

Forms you can change

Intake forms and results pages are built in a visual builder, versioned, and published when you say so; patients keep seeing the live version while you edit. Answers are stored on the patient record, and check-ins that need attention are flagged to your team by email.

What it is not

It is not an electronic health record, and it has no video visits or scheduler of its own. In-office products send the patient to your booking calendar after payment. It runs alongside the tools you already use for those, and connects to HighLevel if that is where your marketing lives.

What clinics ask before they start

Can one clinic run weight, peptide, hormone and longevity programs in the same portal?

Yes. Each program is a category with its own signup path, intake questions and results page. Standard paths cover weight loss, strength and recovery, anti-aging and longevity, and mood and energy; add your own for hormone therapy or peptides. Patients keep one account across all of them.

Is there a real app in the App Store and Google Play?

On the Signature plan, yes: a native iOS and Android app under your brand, published under your developer accounts, with builds, store review and updates handled by us. On every plan the web portal runs on any phone and installs to the home screen like an app.

Does an order ship before a clinician has reviewed it?

No. Paid orders wait as Pending until someone on your team approves them. Status changes email the patient, carrier tracking updates the order on its own, and front-desk logins can work the queue without seeing anything else.

Does it include video visits, scheduling or an EHR?

No. ClinicBond is the patient-facing portal and the dashboard behind it: progress, messages, orders and payments under your brand. It is not an electronic health record and has no video visits or appointment booking, so clinics run it alongside the tools they already use for those.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Growth and Signature: enter the address, add two DNS records, and the SSL certificate is issued automatically. Your built-in yourclinic.clinicbond.com address keeps working on every plan.

What does it cost, and what happens after the trial?

Starter is $199 a month, Growth $449 and Signature $1,499 plus a one-time launch fee; patient payments carry a 2% platform fee on top of Stripe's processing. The trial is 14 days with no card. Add a card and pick a plan in Billing to keep going; do nothing and the portal pauses with your data intact.
