Patients can export their record and delete their account from the app. Your clinic can request a full export at any time, and the BAA commits us to delete our copy when you leave.

One subscription per clinic, a 14-day free trial, and a 2% platform fee on patient payments, written into the Terms. Stripe's own fees are separate. The pricing page has the table.
The services that run the portal on our behalf, as listed in Schedule A of the BAA. Systems you connect yourself, like your CRM or your own Stripe account, are your vendors and are not listed.
